VP of Client Solutions Arsenio T. Bell named in Staffing Industry Analysts’s 40 under 40 list for 2023

Guidant Global is proud to announce that Vice President of Client Solutions Arsenio T. Bell has been named in Staffing Industry Analysts’s 40 under 40 list for 2023. 

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) published its seventh annual 40 Under 40 list highlighting staffing’s next generation of leaders and recognizing professionals that are making significant contributions to the world of work early on in their careers.

Based in North Carolina, Arsenio has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. He is passionate about making significant connections within business to make a real difference to companies and organizations in efficiency, productivity, and diversity. 
Since joining Guidant in 2022, he was named Rookie of the Year at the Impellam Group’s Annual Performance Summit. He has led the successful pursuit and solution designs of both national and global client-managed service provider programs, and when competing against other MSPs, he has a 40% new client win rate. He has secured new clients for both first- and second-generation MSP programs.

This is not the first time in 2023 where a member of the team has been acknowledged by SIA. In May 2023, Marie France was named in Staffing Industry Analysts' 2023 list of “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencers – US and Canada”. The elite list is made up of 49 professionals in the workforce solutions ecosystem that stand out in their commitment to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in their organizations and communities.
